Founded in the year 2019, a Non – Profit Organisation Section 8 company with the vision of redefining education, with the thought of nurturing the importance and necessity of training and development in various sectors of work culture. Agileskill developed as an organisation dedicated to multi-development, skill training and career -enabled training programs.
Agileskill mission is to encourage equip empower youth employability. It is no surprise that within a short span we could train and deliver candidates with great potential to cater in different parts of Europe and Middle East countries.
We believe that there are lots of expert of yesterday and there is no expert of future. Most of the employer do not hire people because of you are qualified but they hire you be because you will be qualified if you learn together. Employer hire people who are ready to learn, ready to take risk, ready to fail, ready to suffer, and after certain period of time, they will be expert of their respective domain. Our students enrolled with us has secured their employment before they start their training in Agileskill. Therefore, our students learn their job roles, industry parameters, workplace safety etc… directly related to their secured employment before they graduate, and of course start their employment even after successfully completion of their training. At Agileskill we select students carefully, based on aptitude and attitude. We require students to meet high standards, and we track their training progress carefully.
Academic, Career Profile and background checks. Criminal verification from concern authorities. We ask for two compulsory recommendations i.e. from past employer or school/college and reputed person of his/her area. Future career plan and enthusiasm.
Develop critical thinking by challenging students to explain "WHY" they perform an action/skill. Provide a solid foundation of knowledge so graduate are prepared to make the correct decision, in any setting.
Care about the clients and always work to improve their quality of life. Treat clients with dignity and respect. Make sure our students understand that clients are multi-dimensional and quality care must address all dimensions.
